Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please note that all apparel items are unique and produced to order, and therefore are non-refundable.

Buyer’s Remorse and Sizing Issues Policy

Printify / Printful or do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, and or size exchanges. Before you order a product, make sure that you have selected the style and size that is adequate for the use of the item. A size chart is provided on each product page. As stated above, the only way an item can be returned is if the item is misprinted, damaged or is a defective item and we are alerted about the misprint, damage or defect within the 30 day window.


Given the build to order set up of these products, please allow 3 to 5 business days for Printify (shirts) or Printful (hats) to produce your order. Once ready to ship, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Order fulfillment times will vary depending upon product type and destination.
